I consulted Allison to get her professional opinion on the most cost effective way to handle my divorce. My divorce is not complicated, but my spouse is making it complicated given their opportunistic approach to handling our assets. She was able to clearly articulate what she believed would happen... if my spouse and I went the "formal" route vs. finding a solution that would not only save time but also money (both in legal fees and balancing the risk of them potentially getting access to more than what they was asking for). She clearly articulated all points and backed them up with examples.
