First Time Home Buyer

As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what entails in home buying process. I approached Chris, who is a member of my church, and he agreed to represent me. Chris invited me to his office, then in East Orange, NJ, and walked me through the buying process. He explained every step of the way to me, ...including what would be my responsibility as a home buyer, the responsibility of the seller, and his responsibility as an attorney. His in depth knowledge about the home buying process made it easy for me to close earlier, and without complications. Chris was open about his fees, and what my commitment would be if the deal was not closed. There was no hidden fee. He kept me informed every step of the way with phone calls and e-mails. He would return my phone calls as soon as possible. I give him credit for that. Because of his diligence, trustworthiness, and commitment to client's course, I had no hesitation in referring to him two friends of mine who were also buying home for the first time. I recommend him in this course.

house purchase

very professional .guide me step by step through the process of buying the house . return phonecalls, and was there throughout , making the process less painful. he was very organized at closing ', took time to make sure i understood whats being done before i sign any document.

I was a first time home buyer and needed a lawyer to take up my case. I had never consulted a lawyer for any reason till when I needed to buy a home. Christopher Ekeocha made me feel very comfortable. He was very dedicated to my case and promptly kept me informed every step of the way till the house ...was closed. He did not waste any time in giving me every possible legal advice that I needed to be successful in my endeavor. At one point I was struggling in finding a lender to approve my loan. One of his recommendations happened to finally approved my loan.Above all he was very honest with me and that made me totally trust him in regards to the work I entrusted him. At the end of it all I was able to buy my house and at a very good price.
