An Honest Divorce Attorney!

Whitney was great! She is smart and has great negotiation skills. She knows when to be strong and tough and when to use her charm to be persuasive and make her points. She also won’t over negotiate the case in order to get her billable hours up. I highly recommend her!

Best in town

Whitney and her team are very responsive and professional throughout my divorce, which made this painful process as painless as it could be. All my questions and inquiries were responded within several hours. When it was needed to make late calls, Whitney was always accommodating. She is knowledgable... about matrimonial law and very patient to explain things to me. She and her team are also honest about the billing hours. I am glad I chose her as my lawyer and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a honest and capable attorney.

a wonderful advocate for me and my kids

I hired Mrs. Chelnik to assist in my divorce settlement. With children involved and an ex that was not properly prepped for what was to come in the divorce proceedings, Whitney was able to deftly handle every aspect of the case. She is a complete professional was able to handle my case with confide...nce and ease. Most importantly she was able to listen and advocate for my wishes, set my expectations properly, and humble me when necessary. She's a great advocate, highly recommended.

Whitney Chelnik is the BEST!

Whitney Chelnik is the BEST! I went through 2 attorneys during my divorce that i had negative experiences with. So when i was looking was taking my ex wife back to court to have my alimony stopped i did much more research for the right attorney. I found Whitney, and i could not be happier. She i...s compassionate, super intelligent, and as tough as it gets in the court room. Her follow up was exceptional. Any one who has been through these kinds of things, know the anxiety that goes along with waiting to hear back from your attorney. I never experienced that with Whitney! Every time i called or emailed i would always hear back from her that day. Its an easy decision if your looking for an attorney to be on your side and work with you, its Whitney Chelnik.
