Posted by Jim B. | August 19, 2015 | Hired Attorney | Wrongful Termination

Very satisfied

My losing my job due to wrongful termination and going through the bereavement process with the loss of my mother over the past three years has made my life very difficult. Now faced with the possible loss of my home because I can't afford the upkeep has only made matters worse. As the old adage goes......"When it rains it pours". Fortunately, I have come across Andrew to be my representative. He is the one ray of sunshine that I have had the good luck to come upon thanks to the referral from a Whistle blower website. Unlike many other attorneys I have dealt with in the past, Andrew takes the time to listen to your concerns and treats you with respect. I admire the affirmative way he carried himself at our depositions and his honesty and integrity. When Andrew was switching law firms a couple years ago and I was left with the option of switching attorneys to someone a little closer to my home, my mother's advise to me was "stay with him, he's a good lawyer" I took her advice and I am glad I did. She was right, God rest her soul. I am glad I took her advice and I would recommend Andrew without hesitation, to anyone who might need an accomplished and experienced attorney.

A great employment attorney.

I had been terminated from my position as an Operations Superintendent after 29 years of dedicated service. I was terminated by an individual who wanted to silence my objections to a project that would have been detrimental both to the company and the environment. I retained M. Moskowitz and filed a ...CEPA claim against my former employer. Andrew successfully negotiated a fair settlement for me. Although this whole process was new to me, I was impressed with Andrew's attention to detail during discovery and his expertise during depositions. I am also confident that, had the case gone to court, Andrew would have done a great job and achieved a favorable verdict for me. Andrew is a knowledgeable and effective attorney. Andrew was available when I needed to discuss my case. When he was not available, he always responded to messages in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions in detail and made sure that I understood the process, risks and rewards. Andrew conveys confidence and professionalism. I trust Andrew completely and I highly recommend him.
