The best lawyer in the tri-state area!

If you have or think you have a Employment and labor, Discrimination, Sexual harassment case, do yourself a favor and call Andrew. In my age discrimination case, Andrew was very knowledeable, thorough and compassionate. When you see Andrew in action, you will understand why I consider him to be the b...est lawyer in the tri-state area. Trust me!

Age discrimination

A couple of colleagues and I had the privilege of hiring Andrew Moskowitz as our lawyer. When he took on our case he made sure we did our homework as thorough as he did his. He is very knowledgeable on the discrimination laws. He is a very confident, intelligent lawyer, with a great sense of humor. H...e made you feel like a friend rather than a client. He always kept us informed on what was going on. If he saw we were getting nervous he would reassure us not to worry because part of the process for the defense was to try to wear us down to think we didn't have a good case. Andrew is a great lawyer and a great person. I could understand why he has the honor of being a Super Lawyer in New Jersey for Employment and Labor from 2012-2014.

Age discrimination case

I hired Andrew to be my attorney for a age discrimination case. Andrew is a very thorough and knowledgeable attorney. He is allways available to answer all your questions. There was a setback in my case through no fault of his own but Andrew is in the process of correcting it. When you see Andrew in ...action, you appreciate his knowledge and competence. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The genuine article...knows how to fight the good fight

Andrew Moskowitz was fantastic and I highly recommend him. He listened to me, had a fantastic understanding of my case, asked well thought out and critical questions during depositions (his performance while taking the other side's depositions was nothing short of impressive), worked tirelessly as h...e flew all over the country taking depositions, kept me informed every step of the way, and I felt was always looking out for my best interest, not the fast buck. He was extremely knowledgeable about the laws that were germane to my case and the arbitration process. I had hired and severed relationships with two attorneys to represent me in my discrimination suit prior to Andrew, and had all but given up hope of finding a good attorney before I met Andrew Moskowitz. At my first meeting with him I could tell that he had that "winning edge". Andrew's advice and strategy undoubtedly helped me prevail in my discrimination case, and I firmly believe I'm lucky to have found him...so are you.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
