I graduated from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with honors in 1982 after graduating magna cum laude from Fordham University in New York in 1978. I am admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. I am also admitted to the Pennsylvania and Connecticut State Bars.
