Taryn Rae Zimmerman

Worked with Taryn for several years through a 'tricky' divorce and a post-divorce motion. I found Taryn (and her supporting team) to be well-researched, very experienced, and clear in her guidance and advice. She frequently provides multiple options, with a perspective on potential range of outcome...s, and involves the client in decision-making. I found her to be very down-to-earth and while professional, she is also relatable. In the end, while the process is invariably stressful, emotional, and taxing, Taryn helped me to feel in control, educated me on my options, and helped to avoid major surprises. After the divorce was finalized, Taryn continued to support me and helped to settle (very successfully) a post-divorce motion without having to go to court. Taryn was my second lawyer hired when I felt my first was not strongly advocating for me. Taryn came recommended by a friend who consulted with her in the past. Although I would much rather not deal with a family attorney, my ugly divorce required professional help. From the time of the initial consultation, she eased my concerns about the divorce and answered all of my questions in a tim...ely matter. My case was very difficult, ugly and highly contested. There were hurdles every step of the way and she (along with her colleagues) strategically addressed each one of them. My case was further complicated by the incompetence of the judge and other individuals involved in the case. I can't say enough wonderful things about Taryn Zimmerman. She came highly recommended by another attorney in the area. I had already been divorced, using mediation and a different attorney, however the consent order and child support was not being adhered to by my former spouse.
