Reliable, trustworthy and generally excellent attorney.

I hired Amy Miller at a very difficult time in my life. She was able to guide me through a complicated divorce successfully. She was supportive and informative, patient and kind but also was an excellent advocate for me. She ensured I received a fair outcome and defended me better than I could myself.... She was always easy to reach and was very responsive. She helped me navigate the process, which I knew very little about, with confidence and know how. I felt supported and safe with Amy Miller throughout this process and would highly recommend her.

Amy Miller for All Your Family Law Needs

I hired Amy Miller in 2016 for a motion filed by my Ex-husband . If I could go back in time I would have utilized Amy’s services for my entire divorce. I recommend Amy Miller’s services because she is highly knowledgeable, direct and to the point. She doesn’t try to increase costs unnecessarily, comp...letes items quicker than most lawyers, and tells you the honest truth. Amy checks all of the boxes of a superior attorney. I have hired a significant amount of high priced attorneys before Amy Miller. Since 2016 I have consulted with Amy on two additional occasions. Amy has always been straightforward with me yet still understanding. I have learned much from past experiences with several Family Law attorneys. Some will tell you what you want to hear, some will drag the matter just to increase billing time, and some are simply not as knowledgeable as they should be. For those of you that are looking for a Family Law attorney, Amy Miller has my highest recommendation.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I recently had a matter where I was opposing counsel to Amy. While zealously advocating for her own client's position, Amy maintained effective communication, professionalism, and a pragmatic approach to resolution. It's always a pleasure to work with a colleague who demonstrates such high ethical standards and integrity, and who makes the legal process efficient for all parties involved. I endorse Amy as a skilled practitioner in Family Law."

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I met Amy during my first year as an attorney when she was presenting a CLE seminar. She was impressive and knowledgeable. Over the years, I have had several cases against Amy as opposing counsel. She is a fierce advocate, but fair and reasonable. Amy is smart and offers creative insight into settling cases. However, she is also competent to litigate a case if trial is necessary. I wholeheartedly endorse Amy as a matrimonial attorney."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Amy Miller does not waiver. She hands down embraces challenges with a no-nonsense approach and delivers. I had the pleasure of watching her make incredibly challenging arguments as a young professional; knowing her abilities, about a decade later, I called her as my expert and co-counsel for a complex and niche case. Accolades do not do her justice—she is a fearless attorney. An AVVO endorsement is trite for her caliber."

"Amy and I have had several matters together (as adversaries). She is, in a word, tough. Other words or phrases to describe her include: smart, strategic, strong advocate. Notwithstanding we "mix it up" on our cases, we have remained able to maintain a friendship. I highly recommend Amy ."

"I recently worked with Amy as an adversary in a matter involving a prenuptial agreement. Amy is professional, detail oriented and very knowledgeable in all areas of family law. She was a worthy and zealous advocate who was extremely dedicated to her client's interests. We were able to accomplish our clients' goal of bringing the matter to conclusion in a fair and timely manner.
