We were 7.5 months into a high-risk pregnancy and found ourselves facing an illegal eviction. The Superior Court Judge actually violated case law and granted the landlord an illegal Warrant for Possession. Throughout the entire process, including the appeal, Chip was attentive and extremely responsive when questions arose. Chip prepared an impeccable brief for the appellate division and they overturned the Superior Court’s improper ruling within 24 hours. After retaining half a dozen lawyers and consulting with at least another half dozen over the divorce litigation, I can honestly say that Chip is one of a kind. This is the first review I have ever written and I am happy to be able to do it. If you have lost faith in lawyers like I had, Dunne, Dunne and Cohen will definitely restore it. They are highly competent, attentive and they CARE.
