Richard has been our lawyer in buying our very first condo in Jersey City. Being from India, I was very scared to buy a property internationally and was not aware of the legal formalities involved. He has such command over the real estate law that even the seller attorney agreed to some of the clauses mentioned by Richard in the contract when the seller was trying to change the closing date. He helped us draft emails to the Bank when they were delaying the closing date due to compliance issues and helped me get my loan processed during the final closing phase.
