Clean Closing and Strong Guidance

Richard has been our lawyer in buying our very first condo in Jersey City. Being from India, I was very scared to buy a property internationally and was not aware of the legal formalities involved. He guided me through each and every step of the process, worked remotely during his vacation. He also s...aved us money by negotiating hard with the seller attorney. He helped us close at time and location that is amicable to us and I have to say that was a blessing. He has such command over the real estate law that even the seller attorney agreed to some of the clauses mentioned by Richard in the contract when the seller was trying to change the closing date. He helped us draft emails to the Bank when they were delaying the closing date due to compliance issues and helped me get my loan processed during the final closing phase. I will commision Richard for any legal issue that may occur in the future given my super nice experience. He is very nice, knowledgeable and gets the job done for the benefit of the client.

Excellent Representation

I have had the opportunity to have Richard represent my family's interests on many occasions over the years. Richards representation is always extremely through. Every real estate transaction, has had Richard correcting the lending organizations errors, pushing the lender to meet its committed... closing dates. Richard is committed to his clients always meeting targeted completion dates & time lines. I could not be happier with Richard protecting my family.

Great Attorney

Richard represented us for the sale of our condo and the purchase of a new home. He worked with us on a very tight time frame where time was of the essence and the entire transaction was virtually seamless. When things got a little crazy with our deal he was reassuring, gave expert advice and t...ook care of everything, keeping us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone needing a Real Estate Attorney.

Richard DeVita review

I was referred to Richard by my realtor. From the get go, Richard was informative and very responsive. He makes you feel comfortable with the entire process which is a HUGE plus when you are purchasing a home. This was my 1st home purchase and with Richards counsel i was guided through the entire pro...cess , which actually made it bearable. Richard, being the efficient attorney that he is, helped us complete our closing in just over 30 min. Great experience. I would recommend Richard with out hesitation.
