Richard is brilliant at what he does! I have been with him since 2015. We bought our home under his guidance and did not feel a single pinch of all the hassles we go through in the process. He made sure we are prepared for everything at every step of the way. When it was time to sell, he again jumped... in with his expertise to help us sail through smoothly for a complicated and time consuming closing. He also helped us with our defaulting tenant litigation, it was particularly very difficult situation given the profile of tenant, he very diligently and intelligently helped us get out of the situation. Richard helped us through the home-buying process as first-time buyers. Our transaction was delayed for over 8 months by zoning issues and other problems on the seller's side. The seller and his attorney were an absolute nightmare to deal with, but Richard continuously pressured them and eventually... our purchase was successful. His fee was very, very reasonable especially considering the (literally) hundreds of e-mails that he sent. With his representation, we were able to get the seller to remove an oil tank, make multiple large repairs to the property and grant a concession for delays. This transaction was one of the most trying and difficult experiences I've ever faced, but having Richard to advise and assist throughout the process made it manageable.
