Richard was my lawyer for a home short sale. He was chosen for me by my realtor because my lawyer was unable to do the job. Richard was very thorough through out the whole process. All documents were sent to me when he received them and he processed all aspects of the sale in a timely manner. He ...was given power of attorney to contact the mortgage company and he apprised me of all communications as I needed to know them. I was nervous about the whole process of the short sale, but Richard was always able to calm my fears with information that he would get for me after I questioned him. He was very easy to work with and I would use him again if needed.

Richard guided us through a lengthy, difficult short sale process of my wife's condominium. There were a number of times that an expected deal fell through, when buyers backed out at the last minute.
