Richard helped us through the home-buying process as first-time buyers. Our transaction was delayed for over 8 months by zoning issues and other problems on the seller's side. The seller and his attorney were an absolute nightmare to deal with, but Richard continuously pressured them and eventually... our purchase was successful. His fee was very, very reasonable especially considering the (literally) hundreds of e-mails that he sent. With his representation, we were able to get the seller to remove an oil tank, make multiple large repairs to the property and grant a concession for delays. This transaction was one of the most trying and difficult experiences I've ever faced, but having Richard to advise and assist throughout the process made it manageable. Richard has been our lawyer in buying our very first condo in Jersey City. Being from India, I was very scared to buy a property internationally and was not aware of the legal formalities involved.
