Richard is brilliant at what he does! I have been with him since 2015. We bought our home under his guidance and did not feel a single pinch of all the hassles we go through in the process. He made sure we are prepared for everything at every step of the way. When it was time to sell, he again jumped... in with his expertise to help us sail through smoothly for a complicated and time consuming closing.
