Richard has been our lawyer in buying our very first condo in Jersey City. Being from India, I was very scared to buy a property internationally and was not aware of the legal formalities involved. He guided me through each and every step of the process, worked remotely during his vacation. He also s...aved us money by negotiating hard with the seller attorney. He helped us close at time and location that is amicable to us and I have to say that was a blessing. He has such command over the real estate law that even the seller attorney agreed to some of the clauses mentioned by Richard in the contract when the seller was trying to change the closing date.
