Richard was recommended to me by my real estate agent for a short sale property my family owned. This was not an easy short sale at all and he worked through all of the challenges quickly and patiently. I have one word to describe Richard: AWESOME! He is the best. Richard helped us through the home-buying process as first-time buyers. Our transaction was delayed for over 8 months by zoning issues and other problems on the seller's side. The seller and his attorney were an absolute nightmare to deal with, but Richard continuously pressured them and eventually... our purchase was successful. His fee was very, very reasonable especially considering the (literally) hundreds of e-mails that he sent. With his representation, we were able to get the seller to remove an oil tank, make multiple large repairs to the property and grant a concession for delays. This transaction was one of the most trying and difficult experiences I've ever faced, but having Richard to advise and assist throughout the process made it manageable. I highly recommend Richard to anyone who is purchasing a home and wants an experienced, professional attorney who will advocate for his client's interests.
