I honestly can't say enough good things about Michelle. I hired her to be my attorney for a cell phone violation. She was the only lawyer I spoke to that took the time to explain what I was charged with, why I was charged, and what the potential outcomes could be. Michelle handled a Traffic Ticket I got while driving south from Maine heading to Virginia. Michelle is an exceptional attorney and someone who you should definitely consider contacting if you have any traffic violations that need to be dealt with in court. She along with her fellow attorneys at Lubiner Schmidt & Palumbo helped me tremendously when I felt I had my back against the wall. ... I was pulled over and charged with Reckless Driving and Speeding, going 92 mph in a 45 mph zone. She managed to negotiate with the prosecutor to get the Reckless Driving charge completely dismissed and the Speeding ticket which was a 5 point offense down to 4 points. At a point when I felt I was about to have my license suspended and my driving privileges revoked, Michelle and the team gave me hope and followed through on their promise. I was pulled over and caught driving with Marijuana in my car along with a smoking pipe. Moreover, I didn't have proof of insurance nor was my registration valid and to top it off I resisted arrest. Now, as a person in the medical field, these drug charges and arrest should have been detrimental to m...y professional license. However, she managed to get all my drug charges dismissed entirely (almost unheard of!!), and my resisting arrest decreased to a way lesser charge. Totally saving my livelihood!! And at the end of everything, she also worked on my expungement for the entire complaint as well. She was worth every dollar spent.
