The Third Circuit agreed with the district court that Marshak and the others were properly held in conttempt for trademark infringement.
MNI Management, Inc. v. Wine King, LLC
Court held that my client had not infringed on Plaintiff's trademark, and it was allowed to keep the store's name. Plaintiff's case was dismissed.
