Biography
After spending nearly ten years at large law firms, I decided to start my own firm to allow more flexibilty to represent closely-held corporations, business owners, and individuals. The legal skills I learned at the large firms were invaluable, but did not afford me the ability to accept smaller engagements. As the owner of my own firm, I'm now able to set reasonable rates and represent clients who may not want or need a large firm to represent them.
