I hired Michael to handle a real estate transaction for me. Pros: Michael is competent, priced fairly & he connected me with a good home insurance agent, which was very helpful. Cons: I was questioned & doubted when I said I am buying a house on my own, without involvement of my husband & without a ...mortgage. I am a very organized person, well-experienced in real estate. Yet, my follow-ups & questions were answered with a sexist, patronizing undertone. The "best" part was when Michael by mistake put me on copy of an email to a title company in which he unsolicitedly & openly expressed his annoyance calling me a "very difficult client". When I called him out on it by replying to that email (in a humorous way), he claimed he wasn't talking about me (me being the client). Ok, Michael...

Michael just closed on our house for us. We had many questions as we went through the process and Michael, without hesitation, was able to handle my questions and assure me that we were on track for a smooth closing. He handled contract negotiations expertly and guided us through to the end of the ...process. You are doing yourself a disservice if you do not engage Michael as your attorney.

He guided me through the process and made sure I understood everything; sometimes he sounded like a professor but is what you need during this overwhelming time. I am an attorney myself (a former prosecutor, admitted to bars in NJ, PA, DC) and have used Michael's services four times since 2006. All of these were real estate transactions where I was the seller or buyer. Michael is excellent, and I've frequently recommended him to friends, family and neighbors.... He always answers the phone himself, and promptly responds to emails, texts and VM. Should I require legal services again, I will call upon him without hesitation.
