I hired Mr Shokry Abdelsayed on a criminal defense case and he did not work on my case properly, he did not handle my case with any professionalism. In addition, our team approach the handling of every case in the benefit our clients by providing them with the attentiveness and responsiveness necessary in the areas of law that we practice. We pride ourselves on returning each and every phone call and email. While we know the identity of the person who posted this review, it is not our intention to disparage them in any way, despite the inaccuracies and misrepresentations. In all cases, we properly make our clients sign a retainer agreement which very clearly states all the terms and conditions. Since cases can be unexpected and additional work and motions will be needed It is for this reason, that our retainer clearly outline our clients obligation; which was not met. While we are receptive to constructive remarks, we respectfully disagree with the complaints made in this review. Our firm goes above and beyond for every client. We value our clients and work diligently to please them in every way possible. We wish this individual all the best and happy holidays.
