It is with pleasure I and reviewing and recommending attorney Mark Sherman. I went through a really bad situation because of an ex-girlfriend and needed a good lawyer to help m...e out of the situation. Initially, I had a lawyer that was a nightmare. The guy was lazy, unprofessional and clearly did not know his way around the court system or was trying to bilk me for more money. Anyway, his actions really cost me not only in term of money, time and aggravation but delayed my case from being thrown out of court. Fortunately, I realized that guy was horrible and sought another attorney before more damage could be done. I have to admit going from a really bad lawyer to another lawyer, I was very uneasy; however, after meeting Mark, I knew I had found the right person to take my case. It is because of his experience, knowledge, dedication and hard work I am able to say I can put that terrible situation behind me as Mark got the case dismissed. We found ourselves in need of a lawyer for our 16-year old son. We called Mark on Friday and met with him on Sunday morning. By then he had obtained all the information he could get from the police and was fully up to speed. He spoke with us and then with our son, "R," alone and listened to everythin...g carefully. He detailed his expectations of what would happen. He outlined the possible outcomes so that we were fully prepared for the worst. However, he fully expected the best and he was right. Mark made a life-changing, extraordinarily difficult time manageable and gave us and our son hope when it seemed like there was none. He delivered on the best possible scenario and we are eternally grateful. Before saying goodbye, Mark made sure all of us could reach him and, honestly, we know we can count on him but hope we'll never need to again.
