In addition to working with individiual clients as an attorney to help them resolve a family matter, I am also a mediator.  In mediation, parties make their own agreement with the guidance of a trained professional. Knowledgeable, responsive and personable
Mary was extremely responsive on my latest real estate sale. Her knowledge is unparalleled (Yale Law). Interestingly enough she is also an Elder Law lawyer and I have been impressed at her diplomacy and tact in dealing with sensitive issues. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

Exceeded expectations
We were purchasing a home, and Mary was referred to us. Throughout the process Mary was actively involved, paid attention to critical details and overall made the legal/contractual side of the home buying process very easy. An issue with our lender arose and Mary was quick to act as a calming influence to reassure us a solution was around the corner and indeed she had suggestions ready for our reference. Above all, Mary represented and protected our interests to a degree that we were wholelly satisfied and as a result for any legal issues in the future we will be giving Mary a call.

excellent experience
Mary Keating handled the sale of my mother's home with professionalism and sensitivitiy to our needs. I was very impressed with her in every way-- knowledge of specific details of real estate law in our town, responsiveness to my communications, and kindness to my mother. The sale of a loved home, particularly when there are three adult children involved, can require patience and skilled listening. We are so happy to have found Mary, on a friend's recommendation, and will call on her again.

Excellent Attorney

Best in Business

Divorce
Mary Keating represented me during my divorce in November, 2008. She was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and helped to keep me calm during a difficult situation. One of the things that impressed me the most about Mary was that she not only listens to a problem but processes and studies it. She thinks a situation through before rattling off a quick answer. She gave me all the possible scenarios related to my legal problem which allowed me to make intelligent decisions as to how to move forward. I would highly recommend Mary for all types of divorce transactions.
