This Attorney did not protect me in Criminal court. He allowed others to violate my Cvil Rights . He definitely was careless and greedy. I definitely should have self represented or found an Attorney that was not judgmental. Just my opinion but please be aware. He also sent me a letter going over ev...erything with several errors in it. It did not make any sense at all!

Attorney Decicco represented me in a VERY high conflict divorce. He kept me in the loop at every turn and often called me after hours and on weekends. I firmly believe he put every ounce of strength and his heart into my case. I always felt as though I was his ONLY client. His passion for the truth, ...justice and the safety of my child and I poured out in every conversation we had as well as in the courtroom. He ALWAYS had our best interest at heart. I NEVER felt like a "client" I felt like a "family member" was arguing my cause. He listens intently to you and finds solutions. Most Attorneys would have begged to be released from this high conflict case (in-fact one did) that ensued but as things got tougher he became more determined to hold my hand and see us through the mess that was unwinding. Our case at times was spiraling so out of control with antics from the other side that other Attorneys would stop in the courthouse just to see what was going on for the day. Attorney Decicco not only handled my case with professionalism but with compassion. He worked day and night to get me where I wanted to be where other Attorneys I had consulted with prior to meeting Attorney Decicco told me it would be impossible. The day my divorce was finalized at court I had two Attorneys who I never met before come up to me and congratulate me; one actually gave me a hug. I cannot stress enough how difficult this particular case was and the outcome was ONLY due to Attorney Joseph Decicco's dedication, courage and passion for his profession and his genuine concern for his client. I can truly sit here and tell my story because of him ~ he saved our lives!!!
