I was looking for expertise on elder law and medicare for my brother who was a stroke patient in convalescent care. My goal was to get him home where i could take care of him and make a better quality of life for him. When i met with Attorney Allaire and his team i was so convinced they understood my... goal. With experience , they had as much determination as i did. I hired the team and to my surprise they played a very active role in my day to day preparations as well as visiting my brother . While some days seemed tough and frustrating they never let me lose sight of my goal and cheered me on. With that being said 10 months later I was taking my brother home to live and the team was right there with me . Life matters and it cant be dismissed to just accept what's not perfect and its wonderful when you come across people that get it.

Thank to Allaire elder law I got through the process of getting Medicaid for my father who is confined to a wheelchair. Darlene & Sarah made sure all the correct paper work was submitted and that we had all the documentation the state of Connecticut needed Charlotte came to the nursing home and help ...make sure he was receiving proper care. I could always call if I had any problems or questions and someone got me an answer or the help I needed. A lot of people said you don’t need a lawyer, I don’t think I would have been able to get through this grueling process with out them. At times I would tell Darlene I was ready to give up and she would reassure me we will get there and we did. Thank you doesn’t seem to be enough to explain what they did.
