Very knowledgeable, attentive and caring practice

Atty Stephen Allaire and his staff often exceeded our expectations. They not only went above and beyond the stated service contract, each person in their office treated my family with caring and respect. Because of their excellent knowledge of the law and the support giving to us , our father was a...ble to remain in his home until his peaceful passing last month.

My family retained services by Allaire Elder Care for transition of my father’s assets to qualify for Title 19 designation by the state. There was an enormous amount of work to recover documentation that was required by the state for approval of his case after review. Allaire was a valuable partner i...n the very complex process by developing a plan and a step by step procedure to accomplish the ultimate goal of acceptance into the state system of a live-at-home benefit designation. Title 19 coverage that is extended to its beneficiaries was important for my father’s quality of life because he is being cared for in the house that he built which is a far better situation for him than institutional living. There are many more benefits that Allaire Elder Care offers including a VA benefit and their service allowed us to leverage their expertise to access an accrued monetary award since my father was a Navy Vet! I highly recommend Stephan O. Allaire and the service his team provides to negotiate the very complicated system of elder care. They are worth every penny! They helped my family provide a perfect quality-of life experience for my dad and helped us give back to this very important person in our lives!

Extremely Competent, Very Through and Personable Professional

Attorney Stephen Allaire and his staff did an exemplary job throughout the past six years planning for my mothers financial future and representing her throughout her application for Medicaid. The knowledge and experience of his staff social worker and paralegal made the application with the Connecti...cut Department of Social Services for Medicaid go smoothly and in a timely manner My mother who is now 96 is in a at home living environment with 24/7 care and is happy and doing well. So glad he was able to guide our way through a process that involves a broad diversity of knowledge to a very positive outcome.

Title 19 Application Assistance

Our family cannot express enough gratitude for the excellent legal services provided by both Attorney Stephen Allaire and Attorney Halley Allaire during a very stressful and difficult process to get my mother onto Title 19. The attorneys and staff are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and work ...to the highest standard. They fully explained the process, and promptly answered the numerous questions we asked during our many phone calls, emails and meetings. They kept in touch with us on a regular basis with updates. Attorney Stephen Allaire, Attorney Halley Allaire and their entire staff always treated our family with the utmost courtesy, respect and patience, with a full understanding of what our family was dealing with during the process. Without hesitation, we highly recommend the firm!!
