Michael was the undeniable key to getting our case resolved! His down to earth manner of communication made a very difficult and stressful situation much more understandable for us. Michael was brought in to handle one specific portion of our case, but very quickly became a much more integral asset.... We began having ethical concerns with our primary attorney and his honesty/intentions with our case. We consulted with Michael (had already been hired to handle another portion of the case) to see if our concerns were valid and how to act accordingly. He very quickly informed us of an attorney that would be much better suited to handle our case and how to go about making the change. We were down to the 11th hour and our primary attorney had not done anything.
