Excellent Legal Representation

I first met Brendan more than 15 years ago. His demeanor was always professional and his humor always appreciated. He made me feel like my case was a main priority. His background in Social Security and Worker's compensation law was undeniably an asset. My case was not an easy one but I always felt it was in capable hands. Brendan easily navigated the complexities of my case without difficulty. Furthermore, I could comfortably discuss my questions and concerns as I needed without feeling as though I was an annoyance. Bonus... he was not a stuffy lawyer.

Estate Administrator

I retained Brendan Donahue as an attorney while serving as an administrator of an estate and dealing with a wrongful death lawsuit. Brendon was hired to replace an ineffective attorney hired by the family. The lawsuit was in the court system for more than three years. Brendon was responsible for bringing the suit to a satisfactory settlement. Throughout the three year period, Brendon was professional, helpful, and kept the estate informed. If I ever need an attorney in the future, Brendon Donahue will be my first call.

I have been practicing law since 1997. I regularly practice before the Vermont Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, all Vermont Superior Courts and the Vermont Department of Labor. I have successfully represented clients in New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut and Massachusetts. I handle a wide range of litigation and appellate matters for both injured individuals and insurers but concentrate my practice primarily in the areas of civil liability, workers' compensation and insurance coverage.

Workers Compensation

Brendan donahue

workers compensation

It was a difficult time but Brendan was a great advocate. My company didn't even want to pay worker's compensation, let alone my medical bills after breaking my back at work. The company did everything they could to make this process difficult but Brendan made it simple. He always responded to my questions and my settlement was reasonable. Very personable, always within contact.

was excellent at being fair and fighting our workers compensation lawsuit

He was always one step ahead of the ins co we were fighting. He has a great people skills when it comes to understanding your side of the case. We definitely would recommend him or use him again if need be.
