Tenacious Tiffany Bond

Tiffany Bond stepped in and helped me at a very difficult time in my life. I’d been left behind with a false order placed on me, and my girlfriend had taken my child. Tiffany was strong, but comforting…firm…but understanding…tenacious…but caring. She could be a Bulldog when it was needed, and she ...knew when to be the at. It is because of her work, and that of others, that I gained major custodial rights to my four-year old Daughter at the time. If it weren’t for the hard work, dedication and self sacrifice Tiffany showed, I would not have gotten as good of a “deal,” as I did. The Defendant wanted to make me a “weekend dad,” and Tiffany saw me for who I am…a loving father who needed to be the primary caretaker of my kid…she refused to allow the defense any ground on making me just a dad for the weekends. Tiffany stepped up for me, and she worked hard to show me what I needed to do. I wanted everything to just be over, and it was eventually, but not until after two full mediations and several arguments about money. Tiffany saw through the defendant’s case, called out the lies and stuck up for me, he client. She’s one of a kind, and if you’re in need of a hard working attorney who isn’t afraid to take on a tough case…call Tiffany. Her rates were more than reasonable and her resolve is next to none. She can see the holes in a bad defense and exploit them with vigor. If you’re reading this, and you’ve ever wondered what “Parental Rights and Responsibilities,” are I the state of Maine…or you’re looking down the barrel of a very scary system that feels rigged against you…call Tiffany Bond. Best Attorney in Maine

Tiffany Bond is friendly, helpful, respectful and is incredibly knowledgeable. She has your back and is very transparent about what the steps are in the process for your case. She is able to explain any and all questions you have with tangible answers explained in layman's terms. My issues and concer...ns with my ongoing case would all melt away after a phone call with Tiffany. She can explain anything you throw at her, and she is able to make you feel heard, and secure. You want to have her on your side, she is amazing. A breath of fresh air.

Not the average Attorney

Where to start? I first reached out to Tiffany to ask some questions and decide if legal was really required. She was happy to take the call in the middle of dropping her dog off at doggy daycare this instantly let me know she is available for her clients when needed. We discussed things and decided ...legal representation should not be needed. Thought I was winning there until as many divorces can took a turn. I called her without hesitation she took me on a client. She made things as simple as possible, she filed as quickly as she could as she knew my intentions were to just be done. She never wavered from being honest as I would get frustrated with the stalling (other attorneys part). She never once ignored my feelings/ frustration and anxiousness of what stage we were in. She spoke on my behalf but never once without making sure that is what I wanted. To have her speaking on my behalf I felt comfortable and trusted her the whole way through. She is the reason this chapter closed as quick as it did, she never let up allowing the other party to waste my money or her time. She likes money she will say but she puts your financial situation and wants ahead of her financial gain and did absolutely everything to ensure that my funds were not being wasted on pointless back and fourth items that were not necessary. Tiffany is amazing at what she does, she also will provide you with complimentary entertainment and laughs. It did not feel like I was working with an attorney, but more like having a temporary protective friend that will listen, be brutally honest, and fight for you. While I hope that Tiffany and I will forever move on from our short journey together, if I ever find myself needing a friend like her again she will be my first call. (Tiffany I don’t have intentions of needing a divorce again)

Couldn’t Be Happier

Tiffany was wonderful throughout my whole divorce. She was always honest even if in the exact moment it was hard to hear. She never ended a phone call without making sure all my questions were answered. She’s not in this to bill hours as many hours as possible. She genuinely cares about her clients a...nd is mindful of what is worth and not worth their money. When my mental health started to really suffer and I just wanted my divorce over she listened and did everything she could to ease stress off me. Most importantly, I got everything I wanted/needed from my divorce. I will always be thankful I choose Tiffany to represent me.

To the point knowledgeable genuine sincere attorney

Tiffany made sure that all my fears and concerns were discussed and met with an excellent yet reasonable solution , she truly had me and my children's best interest at heart , I could not have handled this without her , I know without a doubt that she had my back and would not put anything less than ...excellent work into this for me ! Her no bullshit straight to the point work ethic made it so we were able to reslove my case in one day , no more going back to court and my children's best interest was priority and met above and beyond her role as just my attorney ! I'm so grateful for her in many ways for not only being an excellent attorney but for putting my constant fear and worry for my children to rest !
