I spoke to her about getting an attorney through the VLP. And after much discussion she refused to help, told me she would not help because she believed the effort would fail, so it was not a good use of her time to make the 50 phone calls it would take to find me an attorney. I told her she was wron...g, that it was because VR was denying me promised funding to start a business, and demanding I PROVE I would make minimum wage in a contracting and sales busuness, where MINIMUM WAGE LAW DOES NOT APPLY! She then said she would not help me because she was offended that I had the nerve to tell her she was wrong. She then said she would appologize if I could prove her wrong. She later sent me an email saying it was NOT descrimination because her "RESEARCH" showed VR was reducing my funding to protect my benefits which was not true as SSA allows a person UNLIMITED EARNINGS in nine individual months where you earn over $945, and doesn't even count a month under that, so that month is a free bee. I emailed her these regulations proving she was wrong, and requested the promised apology and the help that I am entitled to. I have not heard back from her and she refuses to even answer my calls or emails. So her so-called COMPASSION IS VERY SELECTIVE, based upon whether she likes you or not, and her knowledge of the law is less than satisfactory to say the least. And I know since I went to school at usm for paralegal studies! And I litigated 3 cases very successfully in the last 18 months! Including an SSA overpayment appeal with a fully favorable "REVIEW ON THE RECORD" decision in just a few days, a traffic trial, and a Human Rights complaint!! RES IPSA LOQUITOR!!
