Best family attorney!

Attorney Bond is truly amazing. She helped me navigate the legal system during the turmoil of a custody dispute. She is very knowledgeable working with families of neurodivergent children. She always keeps it real and charges very fair rates! I would 100% recommend her for hire.

Tenacious Tiffany Bond

Tiffany Bond stepped in and helped me at a very difficult time in my life. I’d been left behind with a false order placed on me, and my girlfriend had taken my child. Tiffany was strong, but comforting…firm…but understanding…tenacious…but caring. She could be a Bulldog when it was needed, and she ...knew when to be the at. It is because of her work, and that of others, that I gained major custodial rights to my four-year old Daughter at the time. If it weren’t for the hard work, dedication and self sacrifice Tiffany showed, I would not have gotten as good of a “deal,” as I did. The Defendant wanted to make me a “weekend dad,” and Tiffany saw me for who I am…a loving father who needed to be the primary caretaker of my kid…she refused to allow the defense any ground on making me just a dad for the weekends. Tiffany stepped up for me, and she worked hard to show me what I needed to do. I wanted everything to just be over, and it was eventually, but not until after two full mediations and several arguments about money. Tiffany saw through the defendant’s case, called out the lies and stuck up for me, he client. She’s one of a kind, and if you’re in need of a hard working attorney who isn’t afraid to take on a tough case…call Tiffany. Her rates were more than reasonable and her resolve is next to none. She can see the holes in a bad defense and exploit them with vigor. An advocate and ally worth every dime

Tiffany made a significant, positive difference with my divorce case. Because of her years of experience working in family law in Maine, Tiffany proved herself to be extremely knowledgeable, practical, reasonable, and trustworthy throughout my divorce-- from the free upfront consultation session ...to the final settlement conference. She also demonstrated a great deal of empathy, compassion, and care throughout the entire process. Tiffany exudes a level of professionalism that one should expect from legal professionals but rarely finds. She's accessible and responsive, communicates well, and knows both the law and the practical application of it. She shows great attention to detail and earns respect from judges, court officials, mediators, guardians ad litem, and opposing counsel because she consistently stays on top of every aspect. Tiffany's knowledge, experience, and client-first approach pay dividends. She didn't promise me lofty results--only realistic ones--and helped build the strongest case possible on my behalf to achieve many of them. Divorce is never easy, and protecting your rights is of paramount importance especially when minor children are in the mix. Best Lawyer

Tiffany is an amazing lawyer I hired a mediator in Portland that could have cared less about what I had to say and ghosted us and took our money with no remorse. I called Tiffany and she was happy to take on my case she made me feel like my problems were not as big as I thought and after my free con...sultation I knew I was going to hire her she doesn’t beat around the bush and waste your time and money I knew she was the perfect lawyer when she ended the conversation with “let’s get you divorced” I knew from then on it was going to be a piece of cake. Victory!

I would definitely recommend anyone going through child support/custody issues to hire Tiffany! She is fantastic and did a lot to help me through the messy court filing procedures. She helped me with most of the paperwork as well! That being said, we won my case!
