When Marcus took my deferred disposition case, around 3-4 months before the court date, he was under the impression that I had completed everything on my end and all we had to do was show up in court. This was not the case. I was behind on almost everything. This was mostly my fault. I’ve never seen had anyone advocate with as much conviction as Marcus. I was appointed Marcus for a complex Grand Larceny type case on which the charges were for lacked of a better phrase trumped up. He quickly mapped out a plan of action after becoming familiar with the details of my case, and to my complete and utter surprise was able to secure a dismissal within an hour of me leaving his office. Marcus was expedient in identifying many complexities which he communicated effectively with the prosecutor which resulted in a better result then I expected so fast. Marcus Wright was great. He took the time to make sure I understood exactly what was happening. Took several felonies and got them dropped to misdemeanors and in the end if I do everything that court-ordered which is pretty reasonable considering my record would be a clean slate. Respond to my calls sends me reminder emails make sure I stay on point.

Mr. Wraight is an amazing attorney! He’s always right on top of every aspect of your case, and he will not hesitate to call you right away with any changes in the case or anything in general! He’s very good at explaining everything in a matter that is easy to understand.

I consulted with a few different Attorneys for my case. Basically I had an insanely psychotic mentally emotionally and physically abusive girlfriend that had been charged with multiple domestic assaults and then some against me. (Long "CRAZY" story short) This very conniving, manipulative, narcissist ex of mine had me set up. She let me catch her in bed with another man. She then lied and had me charged and served with a summons for "burglary" which in Maine is a "class B felony". So for me never having been in trouble and anything on my record other than driving violations. I was extremely terrified and very vulnerable, knowing she had a very well known lawyer with a very strong record.
