I was appointed Marcus for a complex Grand Larceny type case on which the charges were for lacked of a better phrase trumped up. He quickly mapped out a plan of action after becoming familiar with the details of my case, and to my complete and utter surprise was able to secure a dismissal within an h...our of me leaving his office. Marcus was expedient in identifying many complexities which he communicated effectively with the prosecutor which resulted in a better result then I expected so fast. The best way I can describe it to a potential client is that he asked me what my ideal outcome was for the situation, and to my complete and utter shock he was able to attain it the same day.
