Be prepared to loose

She handled case like it was a joke. Total unprofessional, never listed what prepaid fee was used for. Office is a total dump, couldn't find anything. Unprepared for court.

Do your research

She is disheveled, unprofessional and comes to find out has been on probation for unfounded allegations. If you want crass and someone who couldn't give a single thing about you and your case, then by all means, hire this one. ALWAYS do your research first!

Very unprofessional

I seen this attorney in action, when questioning her on a PFA for her client filed with false allegations she just wanted to sweep it under the rug. Try to be intimidating and also swearing with the (f**k) when trying to mediate. This woman was ridiculous! I don't even understand how she has a licen...se to be an attorney so unprofessional. When asking questions that she didn't want to answer she would state that she went to school for it for 9 years. Stated the judge wouldn't group complaints together but then getting in the courtroom that's exactly what the judge did..... she did not do her research as she had no knowledge of other files that the judge brought to the hearing. How does someone advocate for a child and not have any concerns about a PFA with abuse? When not wanting to answer a questions she would get agitated raising her voice and yelling and storm out of the conference room.

Should be disbarred for life

I hired attorney Fairfield’s firm in both a criminal and related civil matter. Biggest mistake of my life. Once Amy had my Families money, she stopped returning calls and ignored important emails. She missed important deadlines putting my family case in jeopardy. I had hired her best appeal attorney ...to do work in my case, and she switched it to a Jr. attorney last minute without informing me. My appeal was submitted without final review and although the appeal was regarding the custody of my children, she did not even mention the custody causing me to lose crucial rights in court. Additionally Amy was verbally abusive on multiple occasions. I requested my money back, and Amy simply laughed in my face. Also Amy was sued by AG. I am one of those clients that she frauded and continued to bill the state for months after I fired her as my attorney. SHE SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY DISBARRED

Outbursts and anger issues in court

She had several anger and outbursts issues in court during hearings. Completely damaged my case and the judge reprimanded her for this, which hurt my case severely too since she was representing my case. She is very difficult to work with. It appears that she has no credibility with the judges.
