Big Talk

Attorney Joseph Caulfield represented me in my divorce proceedings in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. Throughout the representation, he made significant assurances regarding the case strategy but insisted on proceeding in a manner contrary to my expressed preferences or concerns. The m...atter was ultimately heard before Associate Justice Edward M. Ginsburg. In my assessment, this judicial assignment contributed to rulings that were unfavorable to my family's interests. Attorney Caulfield's handling of the case—including case preparation, evidentiary presentation, and advocacy—did not adequately address or counter the opposing party's arguments and approach. This, in my view, facilitated advantages for the other side and led to outcomes that caused profound and lasting harm, including significant emotional and developmental impacts on my children, extraordinarily high litigation costs, and severe personal and professional consequences for me. In retrospect, it is unclear whether Attorney Caulfield fully recognized the deficiencies in his representation or the extent of the long-term damage inflicted on my family as a result. This experience reflects my serious concerns about the quality and effectiveness of legal representation in complex family law matters involving children's welfare. UPDATE: After the post from attorney Cauldield, 118 South Palm Dr., Brunswick, GA was shot up. Rounds through the front and back of the house.

In 2002, Frederick Peralta and his mother, choose to enter into a separation agreement, rather than risk an adverse decision from the probate and family court. Seventeen years later, Mr. Peralta has decided his lawyer and the judge “done him wrong,” his wife’s lawyer was “sick,” and we all caused his “personal and professional destruction.” To right this great wrong, Mr. Peralta has started posting “poison pen” reviews of me. His last review was removed two months ago by Avvo for violation of its standards concerning lewdness and accusations of criminal activity or unethical behavior. I tried to write to Mr. Peralta at 118 South Palm Dr., Brunswick, GA 31525, but he has no mailbox. I suppose if he continues to try to harm me, must fly down and visit him.

Extremely Helpful

Joseph Caulfield is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to knowing his facts. He is always looking out for his client's best interest. He was able to get negotiate the best deal for myself reducing my penalties from a misdemeanor to a violation. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a crimin...al defense lawyer.

Professional representation

Attorney Caulfield agreed to take my case and represent me at a time when I was confronted with an immediate filing deadline for a critical court document attendant to a soon to be convened court appearance.. He immediately took control of the case and requested relevant documentation/information ...required to provide a complete and timely response to the court filing. Attorney Caulfield engaged in various other communiqués with the opposing party and always informed me of his initiative and the response he received. Prior to the court date attorney Caulfield attempted to resolve the case to avoid the time and expense of attending the court hearing and perhaps a follow up trial. Attorney Caulfield accommodated the scheduled hearing date, arrived early at court on the hearing date and was thoroughly prepared for the case. Attorney Caulfield remained focused on my case and exhibited and “economy of action” to the extent he did not engage in extraneous or superfluous communications In order to generate additional or unnecessary fees. As well, I appreciated the “reality checks” attorney Caulfield provided based upon his 30 plus years of legal practice.
