Don grew up in Southern New Hampshire and attended St. John's Preparatory School in Danvers, Massachusetts. Don graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government in 1996 and received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1999.
Don also has been an Instuctor at Franklin Pierce University since 2001 teaching Criminal Law, Courts and Criminal Procedure, Tort Law, Litigation, Business Law and Legal Writing & Analysis.
