Highly Skilled Attorney with Proven Results

I had the chance of working with Shane on a complex criminal matter in New Hampshire. As a Massachusetts-licensed driver, my case involved multiple layers of legal challenges—including implications for my driving record, license status, and potential penalties across state lines. From our initial mee...ting, Shane demonstrated a deep understanding of the legal landscape and took the time to walk me through each step of the process with clarity and patience. He was consistently responsive to my questions and concerns, ensuring I felt informed and supported throughout the case. Thanks to his expertise and strategic approach, the criminal charge was ultimately dismissed. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone seeking reliable and effective legal representation in either New Hampshire or Massachusetts

MA OUI with NH Driver's License - CWOF Finding

I was facing an MA OUI CWOF wth a NH license. Despite the case bringing a CWOF outcome in MA, NH still gave me a conviction on my record, and tried to conviscate my license for 9 months and demand I carry an SR-22 insurance premium, on top of my MA 45 day license loss and MID program. Shane was abl...e to quickly resolve this with the NH DMV and have the guilty conviction stricken from my NH driving record, along with the SR-22 Insurance Premium, and had NH honor the 45 day loss of license from MA, removing the double penalties I was facing from a CWOF finding. I'd highly recommend Shane and Bowser law facing a first time OUI in MA with an NH license, and simply made one mistake!

I really appreciate this review and thank the client for their kind words. I comment just to clarify for anyone reading that I was not the attorney who represented this client in their MA Operating Under the Influence (OUI) case (although that is certainly a type of case I regularly assist clients with). Instead in this instance, I was hired to assist this individual after another attorney resolved this individual's Massachusetts' OUI matter with a Continuance Without a Finding ("CWOF") plea in Massachusetts, which resulted in collateral penalties issued by the State of New Hampshire DMV following the plea in Massachusetts, due to this client having a NH issued driver's license at the time of the MA OUI offense. I successfully represented this individual in front of the NH DMV, and was able to remove and vacate the additional penalties issued by the State of New Hampshire in full, to include having the CWOF'd OUI penalty removed entirely from their NH Driving record as a reported "guilty" finding. If you are an individual charged with an OUI offense in MA and hold a NH driver's license, I strongly recommend you to try and speak with an attorney having experience in BOTH states, as these "across state lines" nuances and license implications are not necessarily easily or well understood by attorneys practicing solely within either state.

Look no further

I can’t rave enough about this attorney . From the beginning, it was clear how extremely knowledgeable he is in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire law, which was a huge advantage in my case. He took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that made me feel informed and supported. ...What stood out most was his passion for what he does—this isn’t just a job to him. He genuinely cares about his clients and fights hard to get the best possible outcome. His attention to detail, courtroom presence, and deep understanding of the law made a real difference in my case. If you’re looking for someone who is both skilled and truly dedicated, look no further.

Best Lawyer in NH for DUI!

After being arrested in NH for a misdemeanor DUI charge, I called Shane for a free consultation. Right away, he put me at ease with his professional appearance, intelligent questions, and organized approach to my case. He listened carefully, answered my questions, presented a plan, and wrote down the... important details so I could make my own decisions. He communicated clearly at every step along the way and made the entire process easy for me. Hiring Shane to represent me in court for my DUI charge was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Even though my case was complicated, he succeeded in reducing my DUI down to a reckless driving violation. Thank you Shane!

5 Stars are not enough

I had the fortune of Shane Goudas as my attorney for my DUI case. He was professional, thorough and communicated in a manner to which every client deserves to be. If I had a question or a concern, Shane always got back to me the same day (and sometimes called if talking was an easier option). In th...e end, my charges were dismissed and I feel now as if I can breathe again. Thank you, Shane and the team at Bowser Law.
