From the beginning, he kept me well informed about every step of the process, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand and never leaving me wondering what was happening with my case. What...

DUI charges dropped
I recently got pulled over for a DUI and was looking for a lawyer. I hired Bowser Law and Shane represented me. He was able to work out an agreement with the prosecutor to have the charges dropped down to reckless driving. Saved me from a 9 month suspension along with classes and points on my car ins...

Do yourself a favor and hire Shane Goudas.
Do yourself a favor and hire Shane Goudas. I am convinced that had I not hired Shane to intervene on my behalf in front of the NH DMV for a Mass OUI that the suspension of my driving privileges would have extended another 6 months in NH. When first consulted with Shane he told me what he was going to...

MA OUI with NH Driver's License - CWOF Finding
I was facing an MA OUI CWOF wth a NH license. Despite the case bringing a CWOF outcome in MA, NH still gave me a conviction on my record, and tried to conviscate my license for 9 months and demand I carry an SR-22 insurance premium, on top of my MA 45 day license loss and MID program. Shane was abl...
I really appreciate this review and thank the client for their kind words. I comment just to clarify for anyone reading that I was not the attorney who represented this client in their MA Operating Under the Influence (OUI) case (although that is certainly a type of case I regularly assist clients with). Instead in this instance, I was hired to assist this individual after another attorney resolved this individual's Massachusetts' OUI matter with a Continuance Without a Finding ("CWOF") plea in Massachusetts, which resulted in collateral penalties issued by the State of New Hampshire DMV following the plea in Massachusetts, due to this client having a NH issued driver's license at the time of the MA OUI offense. I successfully represented this individual in front of the NH DMV, and was able to remove and vacate the additional penalties issued by the State of New Hampshire in full, to include having the CWOF'd OUI penalty removed entirely from their NH Driving record as a reported "guilty" finding. If you are an individual charged with an OUI offense in MA and hold a NH driver's license, I strongly recommend you to try and speak with an attorney having experience in BOTH states, as these "across state lines" nuances and license implications are not necessarily easily or well understood by attorneys practicing solely within either state.
"Shane is always prepared in court and goes the extra mile for his clients. He is always willing to help others, and I am happy to endorse Shane as a great litigator in our area."
