Do yourself a favor and hire Shane Goudas. I am convinced that had I not hired Shane to intervene on my behalf in front of the NH DMV for a Mass OUI that the suspension of my driving privileges would have extended another 6 months in NH. When first consulted with Shane he told me what he was going to... do, what the likely outcome was going to be and when it was going to happen and, in my situation, he was exactly right and that is how it all played out for a highly favorable result. I was facing an MA OUI CWOF wth a NH license. Despite the case bringing a CWOF outcome in MA, NH still gave me a conviction on my record, and tried to conviscate my license for 9 months and demand I carry an SR-22 insurance premium, on top of my MA 45 day license loss and MID program. Shane was abl...e to quickly resolve this with the NH DMV and have the guilty conviction stricken from my NH driving record, along with the SR-22 Insurance Premium, and had NH honor the 45 day loss of license from MA, removing the double penalties I was facing from a CWOF finding.
