Working with John and his receptionist was an easier process with my case than I expected it to be. John uses his skill to change lives. Looking back at the bankruptcy process it is very intimidating. It is a maze of stress, and when you come to the point at which you admit to yourself that you are in trouble, that it will not get better, you need someone who is honorable, someone who listens, an...d someone who is very intelligent about the process you are going through. At the point when you put your life in someones' hands it's very humbling and very stressful. You need a compassionate guide. I can honestly say that without John our lives would have continued in survival mode. We would have been beside ourselves. You think you can do it on your own. You think you'll be able to get on top of it, you think you can win by yourself. But you can't. You probably need help. We didn't know how much help we needed until we consulted John. Take the time and consult John. If he can help he will. If he can't (luckily he could help us) I'm sure he'll find a way. At the end I wish we did it sooner. I wish we found John sooner and we stopped beating ourselves up all those years. As John said the hardest part is coming to terms with the situation and filing. The rest takes care of itself and then your new life starts off clean. It's really remarkable. John Simonian is someone you can trust. He's more than an attorney.
