He represents national reverse mortgage lenders as local compliance counsel and closing counsel. He is SBA approved for 504 transactions.
- Zoning and Land Use : I represents property owners, developers and townships in administrative zoning and land use matters, with subdivisions, and obtaining variances and special use permits.
- Real Estate Litigation : If a boundary dispute, denial of a variance or other real estate challenge requires legal action, I am prepared to take the case to court or through the appeals process. He represents builders and homeowners, condo and homeowner associations in real estate litigation.
