Excellent professional staff and service

Attny Simonian handled my bankruptcy with simple explanation of all the steps, assuring that I had all questions answered personally by him even after my debt was discharged. Highest character, integrity and honesty.

The highest character and integrity of any lawyer I have ever met. I had gone to another lawyer for a bankruptcy and it was not going too well. I was losing my confidence so i call this office. Robert took the time to review my case, immediately identify all of the problems and even called the other lawyer to tell him exactly how to fix it. He refused to take any money from me and told me to call him if I had any more problems. Well I did and I ended up hiring Attorney Simonian. He fixed my case in a matter of days and now everything is perfect. He even took the time after my case was done to show me how to improve my credit score and only 5 months after the bankruptcy i have good credit score, new car loan and 2 credit cards. My life improved dramatically after he fixed my bankruptcy and I received my discharge. Meeting him was just pure luck but ended up being the best think that ever happened to me. I felt so confident when i met him and my stress ended in less than a week and my life is totally back on track now. I can not thank him or his office enough. If you need a bankruptcy I would highly recommend this office and not waist your time with one with less experience.

Very good lawyer

Very happy with this firm, Robert Simonian and he has great courtesy and was able to answer all my questions expertly. Mr. Simonian was highly recommended with full confidence, I'm glad I went to his office chose this firm to assist me. If you're having trouble with finances and been worrying trying to decide if you should apply for bankruptcy, call this firm first. I wish I had done this a few years ago. I know how difficult it is to decide what to do when you are deep in debt and struggling to pay all the bills. I felt like a great weight was lifted off me after I met Mr. Simonian. Incredible bankruptcy lawyer! When you are starting the steps of going through bankruptcy and you are confused on what to do, things can get pretty stressful. When I called Robert, from day one, himself and his team were very focused on getting results for me. He met with me a couple times to go over details and helped layout a plan as to what I needed to do in order to streamline the bankruptcy process. No matter what time you call, if they do not answer, somebody will return your call, very promptly. I called many times, early on in the process and not only did his team answer my questions but Robert himself would even call me back well before office hours. Thanks to Robert and his team, I now can move on with my life! PS. Robert’s brother John in RI, is incredible as well and this duo makes for an exceptional team, it’s hard to believe that there could be a better bankruptcy law team than the Simonian’s!

Gets the job done

I hired Mr Simonian back in 2011. He took care of my situation, keeping me totally informed of what I needed to do, when and how. A true professional with totally fair prices. This year I needed some assistance with some court documents and I was able to call them years later and they took care of everything. The team there is great. Great law firm.

Robert and his partner and staff worked tirelessly on my case and were always there for me to answer my questions and aleviate my fears. I would suppose that most people are like me and are fearful of even the word bankruptcy but they put at ease right away and took very good care of me. A true professional who cares.

I had a very good experience from the very first meeting. The paralegals, Grace and Jen, were very helpful and friendly and there for me when I needed them. My lawyer had hands on "let's roll up your sleeves and let's get to work" approach. He explained everything and returned my telephone calls right away. What impressed me a lot was that I got a follow up phone call when my case was over to see if I was all set. I could tell he really cared about me and my case even though it was over. Filing bankruptcy is not the most pleasant thing I had to do but they really made it as good of an experience as possible. Thank you!

It's all about hard work and reputation!

I was more than satisfied and highly recommend this law firm. Filing bankruptcy is not an easy decision but their professional guidance and knowledge and personal non-judgmental attitude was very comforting and put me at ease and made me feel confident about my decision. Every question I had was answered and they even called me a month after my case was over just to follow up and make sure I wasn't having any creditor calls or problems. Very professional!

Utmost Professionalism
