I first contacted John Simonian's office through email back in the summer of 2019. For someone like me, who's a bit shy to talk on the phone, I found that I could send an email to ask about my situation. They were very quick to respond, the next day if I'm not mistaken which to me was a big plus and ...a sign they're ready to help. Not having dealt with something like this before, I was wondering if bankruptcy was the right option for me. I knew I couldn't ignore the letters and the summons to court any longer, but I still had to wait and save before I was ready to file. It wasn't until of June 2020 that I've finally was ready for the next step. Along the way, both John and his assistants were in constant communication with me, letting me know what things they needed from me and when things would be taking place.
