I should have written this several years ago when Emir represented my middle aged brother for the second time. Bother was arrested for OUI. Not his first. Emir’s skill got brother a reasonable probation with conditions….one of which was to use a scram unit several times a day. That Christmas Day, t...he year our mother dies, my father and brother were alone together for Christmas and each had a mimosa. The scram device didn’t like that, and brother had a new court date. Got a very modest jail term….during which our father became very ill and Emir was instrumental in getting brother a leave (with corrections officers) to visit my dad for an hour. Dad died 2 days later and brother was released on probation several weeks later. That visit put my dad at peace and gave my brother time to say goodbye. Although brother couldn’t attend dad’s funeral, Emir did. Exceptional human being and an attorney who know how to get best possible outcomes.
