Attorney Emir Sehic had coerced me into taking a plea because the da had threatened a bench warrant for the other party when victim did not show at trial. He created a tremendous sound of distress, anxiety which resulted in serious PTSD. The victim did not show and had communicated to the court to wi...thdraw charges. ATTY Emir Sehic had not only insulted me but my girlfriend when we had met with him at a meeting at his office in Dennis in the month of Nivember 2022. He had stated in front of me the she is a very beautiful woman. Where is your accent from. The following follow up meeti g he had mocked her accent. I find this to be very unprofessional for an atty. I asked for all my records and text threads and he refused to provide all the necessary documents to proceed with a new motion to withdraw plea. He wasted a lot of my valuable time discussing other cases rather than discuss my case. He spoke slot about his ex wife and trashed her out on numerous occasions. I would not recommend this attorney for anything if he cannot keep things to a professional level. He only wanted to get paid and dissolve a case which could hVe been very easily won with plaintiff looking to retract falsified statements.
