Landlord - tenant matter

I hired Foster to evict a tenant who wasn't paying her rent. He told me about the possible problems, risks and options as well as the procedure and time involved. He also explained the costs involved so that I could make a decision based on the overall financial cost. Things went a he explained an...d I was happy with the result. Would use again.

Pleasure to Work With

I first hired Foster many years ago when I bought my first house. He did a great job, explaining the process to me at the start, and keeping me advised of a couple of problems that occured because of earlier transactions. He has handled a number of other matters for me since then and he made them a...s easy as possible for me. He is keenly aware of costs and has saved me money by explaining why certain actions were optional. Anyone who wants a lawyer who will do his best for you and keep your costs reasonable in relation to the matter involved should hire Foster Cooperstein.

Long time client - great results

I've been a client of Foster's for more than 15 years. He has handled at least 8 matters for me and I've always been pleased with the results. He responds quickly to my comunications and keeps me aware of what is going on. He tries to minimize costs while accomplishing what I want and usually sugg...ests alternatives that can save me money. Highly recommended!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
