I hired Foster to evict a tenant who wasn't paying her rent. He told me about the possible problems, risks and options as well as the procedure and time involved. He also explained the costs involved so that I could make a decision based on the overall financial cost. Things went a he explained an...d I was happy with the result. Would use again.

He consistently missed deadlines, provided sloppy work, and asked us to sign documents he knew weren't right. He stalled our home sale and frustrated everyone involved with his amateurish performance to the point the buyer's attorney suggested we fire him. When we replaced him, he submitted an inflat...ed bill and put a lien on our house to block the sale. He then steadily raised his ransom as we tried to pay him off just to make the sale go through. I have evidence of all of this, and am happy to share it. He is bad at his job and a horrible person. Chose literally anyone else you can find.
