He consistently missed deadlines, provided sloppy work, and asked us to sign documents he knew weren't right. He stalled our home sale and frustrated everyone involved with his amateurish performance to the point the buyer's attorney suggested we fire him. When we replaced him, he submitted an inflat...ed bill and put a lien on our house to block the sale. He then steadily raised his ransom as we tried to pay him off just to make the sale go through.
