Attorney Kelly has represented various members of my family for many years. He has always shown a level of dedication that I believe goes well beyond what is typically expected of an attorney. Attorney Kelly was always courteous and available for contact. Whenever I reached out to him he would return my calls, usually within a few hours. He worked tirelessly on my case, and obtained the best possible result. After being arrested and spending a night in jail, I was scared, embarrassed and confused. I reached out to Attorney Kelly, and left a voicemail before dawn on a Saturday. Within a couple of hours he called me back. My anxiety about my situation was relieved in talking with Mr. Kelly for five minutes.... I wasn’t treated like a criminal but like a person. Attorney Kelly explained all aspects of service, type of legal assistance I needed, how the process worked and the cost. He established there would be no guarantees, told me the worst-case scenario, the best and in between. Attorney Kelly was very thorough. He frequently followed up with me to make sure I understood the case and upcoming proceedings clearly. Even better, he was always asking about my mental state, caring about my health, how I was doing at my job and more. He really cares what happens to people, even those who make bad choices. I found a great lawyer, but — even better —a great person who seemed like a new friend. I will always be grateful that he took on my case, which ended with the best possible outcome explained to me throughout by Mr. Kelly. The ratings here only go up to 5 stars, but he is a 10!

Arthur represented my son and was very responsive and easy to talk to. We were in constant communication via phone, text and email so I always knew what the next steps were. More importantly he knows the inner workings of the court system like the back of his hand and was able to get the case dismi...ssed which was a much better outcome than I was expecting.
