Arthur Kelly was the first lawyer I’ve ever had to use and it could not have gone better. He made everything very easy to understand, walked me through every step of the process, and in the end was able to get my case dismissed. He was incredibly professional but also spoke to me in a very straightfo...rward manner which was appreciated and made everything very clear. He was there when I needed him and I would definitely go back to him in the future.

Arthur Kelly represented me on several cases since 2020. I was charged with OUI-alcohol and OUI-drugs and he was able to have both charges dropped. Additionally, I had an assault case that he was able to get dismissed. Navigating through these legal issues during the pandemic was especially difficul...t; however, Arthur was always extremely accommodating and understanding. He was able to explain the charges as well as strategize my defense, which ultimately led to a successful outcome. I would highly recommend Arthur for any legal need. After being arrested and spending a night in jail, I was scared, embarrassed and confused. I reached out to Attorney Kelly, and left a voicemail before dawn on a Saturday. Attorney Kelly is the everyday person’s lawyer. I hired Attorney Kelly in 2019 to represent me on a very serious set of criminal indictments (white collar) in Superior Court, Massachusetts. The case finally ended in the Summer of 2021, during the height of COVID. Simply put, he cares!
