Arthur is an amazing lawyer who will go above and beyond for his client. He is not only professional but also a decorated smart lawyer. I describe him as a Tiger who roars for you and voice your situation in a lawful manner. His thinking and strategies are just not limited to the current case but als...o the situation beyond the case and that is what separates him apart from all others. In my particular case there was no one answering the call very early morning except him, when I was in extreme need. He was able to guide me and help me on my domestic case and represented actual situations that ultimately lead to case dismissal. He is available for you 24/7 and in my case, he even made himself available from his vacation outside of the country. Arthur Kelly represented me on several cases since 2020. I was charged with OUI-alcohol and OUI-drugs and he was able to have both charges dropped. Additionally, I had an assault case that he was able to get dismissed. Attorney Kelly is the everyday person’s lawyer. I hired Attorney Kelly in 2019 to represent me on a very serious set of criminal indictments (white collar) in Superior Court, Massachusetts. The case finally ended in the Summer of 2021, during the height of COVID. Simply put, he cares!
